Just a friendly reminder, the new season starts tonight.

I like the show, but all of the sex scenes are honestly getting a little old...
(I can't believe I just said that, but it's true.)

has anyone read the books? I wanted to read them because I heard they were really good, but the series isn't over yet...I don't know if I can get involved in another series that's not done.

Is the tv show on par with the books?

I haven't read the books, but I read many reviews, looking for spoilers (big surprise) during the first season.

They were pretty true to the books, except for a few changes that I could see.

There was a character, Lafayette, who was killed off early in the books... but remains on the show.
