no i swear she was there when Ben said i have a spy on the boat. after he shot her! when he knew all of her info. i might be wrong.
Yeah, Ben did say that infront of Charlotte. Ben called her out, said her name, blah, blah, blah. Locke asked how he knew that. That's when Ben said, "I have a man on their boat"

Right. Good observation. You would think that Charlotte would have told Frank before he flew the chopper back. Or mentioned it to Faraday. Or during any one of the phone calls. There was some discussion that Ben shot Charlotte knowing that she had a bullet-proof vest, just maintain the charade that she may be working with him

that is what i'm saying i don't know why she has not said anything. is there still more to the story of why they are there?
-Ben said he had a "man" on the boat, not woman or person
-The person's on the boat, not the island
-Charlotte seemed semi-shocked that Ben knew so much about her
-Charlotte may not have said anything, because Jack or Kate was always around during calls and demanded they be on speaker, so she did not want them to know that Ben said he had a mole.
