Important: Gathering/Photoshoot/Meetup list deadline fast approaching!

This is a reminder that the deadline to submit any new gatherings/photoshoots/"parties" to the master list on Cosplay.com or make any changes to existing ones is tomorrow at 11:55 pm EST (EDT, whatever- East Coast Time). If by that time the shoots listed without a location still haven't found one, they will be removed from the list altogether. Also, for shoots currently without a time or place, unless I have heard otherwise from the hosts/leaders/organizers of the photoshoots in question in the meantime, I will post the most recent time and location mentioned on their respective Cosplay.com threads (albeit still subject to the Hyatt Lobby/Marriott Atrium rule).

Here are some groups that I know of but have yet to hear anything from or about regarding time and location (though if there's thread for it somewhere that I know of), it is linked):

• The 501st
• Rebel Legion
• Star Wars in general
• Survival horror games in general (including Left 4 Dead and Resident Evil)
• Final Fantasy and/or Kingdom Hearts (together or separate, though at least one KH shoot might be merged with Friday's Disney shoot)
• How to Train Your Dragon
• Ouran High School Host Club
• Fables (the comic)
• Dragon Quest/Warrior
• Buffy the Vampire Slayer (if there is to be one separate from the already-listed "anything Joss Whedon" photoshoot)
• Star Trek (if separate from the world record attempt)
• Left 4 Dead (if separate from the "survival horror games in general")
• Steampunk Disney Princesses (if separate from both Disney shoots and the Steampunk world record attempt)
• Manga in general

Also, members of the "time but no location club" as of right now:

• Gaggle of Gagas (Lady Gaga)
• Slave Leia (though I did email the webmaster of leiasmetalbikini.com)
• Amalgam Comics

Again, you all have until tomorrow night, otherwise your group/event will not be listed or it will be removed.
