explain that. What do you think. Be interesting to see your ideas.

personally I wish it showed Jack becoming a "Smokey" as well but not with the same hatred that MIB had, and a good smokey fight scene.

I explained it on another thread that going into the cave reminded me of Star Wars when Luke was going to go into the cave and asked Yoda what was in there and Yoda made the comment that only what he brings withh imwill be in there. For MIB he went in with hatred and anger and wanting to leave the Island and that is how he came out as an angry smoke monster bent on revenge.
Jack went in there with wanting to destroy the evil Smokey who wanted to destroy the Island an jack went in there wanting to defend the Island. There is your battle of forces

make it like a Jedi-type fight between "good and evil", in so many words

Speaking of going into the cave and facing a fate apparently worse than death, I've been wondering about this one scene back in "Because You Left". Aaron's watching cartoons while Kate's doing this and that. Aaron says something about a train and a tunnel, and Kate tells him it'd know better than to go in, because if it does it'll never come back out. Foreshadowing, maybe?

OK, most of that was totally new to me!! I wondered how Christian was there. Now it makes more sense, thanks.

Glad everyone's doing well. What'd I miss? Is Unbridled still around?
