When you listened to Regina on the phone you would have thought she was very in control of the situation.
When we see her she is this weak nail bitting out of it girl that jumps off the side of a boat?

Same goes for Minowski, who was originally in contact with the island before Regina.

Right. It sure didn't take long to become crazy. Funny the Doc doesn't seem nutty and either does the Captain.

Minowski took the boat out, did he ever say who the other person was that he went out with? Maybe it was Regina. That's maybe why they are so worse off than the others.

The guy Minkowski went out with, immediately freaked and died. One could only assume that Regina was effected by her continued phone contact or just freaked out from the sabotage on the freighter.

1)When Sayid and Desmond arrived on the freighter, they were held captive in the the sickbay. Regina acted as their guard. Distant and confused, she spoke with Frank after he approached. He made mention the book she was reading was upside down. She then let Frank in to see Sayid and Desmond.

2)Later that day, Regina walks out onto the deck wrapped in chains. She climbs the railings and commits suicide by jumping overboard. ("Ji Yeon")


3)She may very well have been mentaly ill due to the exposer to the radious of the island. even though she hasn't set foot on that island. the electromagtism still reaches out that far. But what if she was causing a distraction? For who and why? That is a good question. Who and what reason would be worth your life? Not onlythat. Could soemone rescue her? like maybe she was a decoy and they knew how she would jump with chains and what not and have the proper tools to cut her out and bring her to saftey? In order for thatto happen someone had to know the action the captin would take. Now that is a streach. Mostly just rambling. But what if she jumped on purpose?

Well she did jump on purpose. I know what you're saying though. The Regina character was totally incomplete. There has to be to her than what we have seen so far. OMG! Regina is alive and living under the sea with Charlie!

I find it weird that she was listed in the credits several times this season, yet only had a couple of speaking parts via the phone (plus her two on camera appearances in last week's show). Kinda like Harold Perrineau being listed in the credits each week but not being seen nor heard from until last week.
