In seasons 1,2,3 of LOST, Damon and Carlton (LOST Creators) gave a codename to the final secret scene for each season. This is throw off spies trying to get a scoop on titles and such.

Season 1 was "bagel" and Season 2 was another bread name.

Season 3's final scene codename was "Rattlesnake in the mailbox" - this came from Carlton getting the mail out of his mailbox and saying something about how dangerous it would be to open the mailbox and find a rattlesnake inside.

Season 4's final episode, final secret scene has been officially codenamed "The frozen donkey wheel" So when they talk about it on set, that's the name they use to refer to that episode/scene so it doesn't get leaked out in conversation.

Oh BTW, the title for EP 4.09 is "The Shape of things to come" - watch for it on April 24th at 10pm EST
