No one has mentioned these things yet in discussion:
1. Jin dying on the freighter (man, Sun was screaming!)
2. Christian 'releasing' Michael to die (he can let go)
3. The picture of the losties being rescued by fishermen was *REAL*
yes i thought it was interesting when christian said he can go now, like christain controlled his fate. was he speaking in behave of the island or jacob?

..yep he is Jacob's 'representitive' (unless he is Jacob with Christian's face on)
I hate to do this, because I know everyone hates the person that wont except a characters death, but I still think Jin is alive. He could have jumped in the water in time, with a life vest. And possibly got moved with the island?

Well, that was how I first thought about it. But I doubt he would've been able to get to the island before it moved.
Though I do want to think that Jin survived the explosion - that would just leave him in the water. But I really hope he is still alive.
The show has me still up in arms. Like the rest of you, I cannot accept Jin or Locke being "dead". It looks as though, if the 6 can return it will change the fate on the island. it's almost like the storyline is taking a reckless turn. We can conclude there is time travel and other bizarre scenarios, but just what they have in store is beyond me. Sun deserves an Academy Award for that acting, BTW! What a scene........
