So your saying over 100+ was on the Island before and all got on the same Plane? No the only people who needed to come back are the O6 and maybe Desmond,Suns Baby,Aaron and Walt.

no, maybe there have been other people from other times or planes or how ever they got there on 316 as well..they left the island at some point and were now coming back either knowingly or against their will... people we do not know yet. maybe the purge ends up being a sacrifice to the island to all the people who left the island throughout its history...
