  It begins with a true LOST event in Hawaii at the Waikiki Shell with thousands in attendance. Carlton Cuse introduces the event, Terry O'Quinn reads notes from a bottle, a hatch opens, torch bearers (The Others) run through the audience and the music of LOST is played by the Honolulu Symphony Pops Orchestra. It was more than an event for LOST fans. It was an event for anyone who appreciates good music. In a world where most of the music on TV is synthesized, LOST excels tremendously by using an orchestra. It wouldn't be LOST without the music and Michael Giacchino is truly a genius.
