  Josh Holloway might have titled this part of the DVD The Right to Shoot Bears because it does include the Sawyer vs. polar bear scene. It's really a lesson in filmmaking. In a complex story, how do you keep track of all of the props? Which gun is Kate carrying? Does Sawyer have a gun now? There are so many details. Fortunately, LOST has a script coordinator by the name of Gregg Nations and he knows everything about LOST. Think of the number of characters, locations, current stories, flashback stories and flashforward stories in LOST and you realize that the job of script coordinator on LOST has no parallel on other TV shows.
